Method
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add rice and stir constantly until golden brown.
- Add 4 cups broth, tomato sauce and stir. Bring to a boil while stirring.
- Let it boil, uncovered for 10 minutes to evaporate some liquid.
- Turn off the heat and cover. Let it sit covered for 20 minutes undisturbed.
