Restaurant Style Mexican Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups white rice
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 4 cups chicken bone broth
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add rice and stir constantly until golden brown.
  2. Add 4 cups broth, tomato sauce and stir. Bring to a boil while stirring.
  3. Let it boil, uncovered for 10 minutes to evaporate some liquid.
  4. Turn off the heat and cover. Let it sit covered for 20 minutes undisturbed.
