My Running Journey

I have been an athlete most of my life, it is what lead me to become a Physical Therapist. It wasn’t until I was in PT school though that I found my love for running and truly found a passion in it combined with Physical Therapy. That was in 2010 and I haven’t looked back yet!
My hope is that you come to this site for answers to questions about running and how to keep you on the road and injury-free.
