1:1 Run and Strength Coaching

In this coaching option, running and strength training is the primary focus. Receive personalized training plans and support so you can train strong, train smart and smash your training and performance goals. Dr. Abby will help you boost your running and strength training knowledge and teach you the WHY behind your training so you can learn lots along the way and crush your goals! 

SILVER Strength Coaching only 

  • Initial call to discuss your history, preferences, goals 
  • Strength assessment to ID strengths, weaknesses, imbalances & to create an individual strength training plan
  • Access to Trainerize app where your strength plan will be delivered to you each week
  • Includes video analysis of your strength training to receive feedback on form and for other helpful tips 
  • Messenger support with weekly check-ins for support all month long 
  • Access to Running & Strength Training Course to boost your knowledge 
  • Requires an initial 4-month commitment, with the option to continue coaching afterwards 
  • $150/month

GOLD Run Coaching only

  • Initial call to discuss history, preferences, goals 
  • Individualized running plan with access to V.02 training app 
  • Messenger support with weekly check-ins for support all month long
  • Monthly coaching calls which may include race day planning

Not at all! While I specialize in injury prevention and rehab, many runners work with me to improve performance, build strength, and stay ahead of potential issues. My coaching is perfect for runners who want to avoid injury, optimize their training, or get personalized guidance to reach their goals.

You don’t need a fancy gym setup! I design strength programs based on what you have available—whether that’s dumbbells, resistance bands, or just your bodyweight. If you have access to a gym, we can incorporate that too. The goal is to create a plan that fits your environment and helps you build strength effectively.
