Hi! I am Dr. Abby

Welcome!

I am so excited that you decided to stop by and get to know more about me. I am Abby, a Doctor of Physical Therapy who loves running and helping runners stay on the road and injury-free! I am also a mom to the most handsome 5-year-old and wife to an amazing and supportive husband!!

My running journey has had its ups and downs and currently, I’m working my way back from pregnancy (very slowly). Come join me and follow along as I give tips on staying injury-free, running, and a little bit of random life thrown in as well as my training progress!

Want more injury prevention information not related to running? Check out my other website The Ergo Doc for all things ergonomics and work-related injury prevention! If you sit at a desk or have aches and pain from work this is a good place to start!

My Running Journey

I have been an athlete most of my life, it is what lead me to become a Physical Therapist. It wasn’t until I was in PT school though that I found my love for running and truly found a passion in it combined with Physical Therapy. That was in 2010 and I haven’t looked back yet!

My hope is that you come to this site for answers to questions about running and how to keep you on the road and injury-free.
