Don't get me wrong, there are some cases where the biomechanics are wrong or there is too much movement but those are few and far between.

Learn how to build strength and teach your body to move the way it was supposed to and wants to. Support your movements don't try to change them.

There is a lot of stuff going around the running w There is a lot of stuff going around the running world about being "quad dominant" this can be a problem when running but it doesn't necessarily mean that your quads are strong enough or overly strong. 

We still need to work them! But besides the quads these heel elevated squats are awesome for runners!
