MY WEEKLY WORKOUTS 11TH JANUARY – 17TH JANUARY 2021
MONDAY
Full Body Strength from my guide which you can get HERE. I increased my weight quite a bit and also increased the sets. This time it took me a little under an hour to complete but I was also doing a lot of “resting” between sets trying to stay away from people. Mondays in January, while not busy at my gym yet still a little busier than normal!
TUESDAY
20 minute foundation run with some easy mobility work at the end.
WEDNESDAY
Got lucky at the gym today and it was EMPTY when I went. Completed a nice leg day to keep these babies strong and ready for half marathon training that is starting next week!
Went on an evening 3 mile walk with the family to finish off the day!
THURSDAY
Rest Day – was going to run but since this is a taper week/the week before a new training cycle I decided to give myself some extra rest!
FRIDAY
Lactate threshold test and Upper body strength workout
SATURDAY
Nice and easy 30 minute run! Just letting things heal, recover, and prepare for the new training cycle starting next week and increasing mileage!
SUNDAY
30 minute easy run again today!! Feeling strong and ready to tackle this half marathon training plan!
Keep Running!
